What to Expect From Our Carpet Cleaning Service

Upon arrival we'll first look at the areas to be cleaned, where possible identifying the composition of any spots or stains on the carpet.

Next we'll vacuum the carpet to remove as much dirt as possible. Most of the dirt in a carpet is made up of dry soil, removing the majority of this will give you much better carpet cleaning results than if you didn't.

Once this is done we'll return to any spots or stains identified during the inspection, and we'll attempt to remove them using solutions from our range of spot and stain removal products.

The next step is to deal with the dirt that could not be removed during the vacuuming process. This dirt is either loose dirt deeply embedded in the carpet, or dirt that has actually bonded with the carpet fibres. So we'll spray the carpet with our specialist carpet cleaning products which have been designed to separate dirt from carpet fibres.

In order to really get deep into the carpet fibres we'll run a CRB over the carpet. This machine has two counter rotating long bristle brushes, that can reach into deep into the carpet pile. The counter rotating brushes scoop up the deeply embedded dirt and it is caught in a tray attached to the machine. You'd be surprised at how much dirt it picks up even after the carpet has been vacuumed!

Now that our carpet cleaners have removed as much dry soil as possible, and the pre-spray has been doing it's job in the carpet, we'll go over the carpet with our bonnet cleaning machine. The bonnet is dipped in our cleaning solution which enables it to remove the dirt that was previously loosened by the spray, whilst deodorising the carpet at the same time. The clean side of the bonnet is then run over the carpet again but this time it's used to apply a stain protector. This step is done at temperatures of up to 85 degrees celsius, enabling us to guarantee that your carpets will be dry within 30 minutes of being cleaned.

As the final part of your carpet cleaning we'll groom the carpet to re-align the pile.
